(1) The title had been held up when Monte Altazzar was injured and unable to defend it. The top two contenders, Corncobbucus and Pappy, wrestled to determine a new champ. Pappy won.
(2) Science Fist won the title by pinning Manimal in a 3-way Beyond Thunderdome match
(3) Seekee pinned Bronson Thunderhammer in a 3-way dance for the title
(4) KK Glory won the title by KOing Weirdbeard in a 3-way dance
(5) Cap'n Bitcheyes won the title in a battle royale
(6) Prior to winning the World's Title for a second time, Carl Stonewall had announced his intention to retire from the world of professional wrestling. His championship victory was also his final match and he retired as champ. The title was vacated and later won by the Manimal in a tournament. He bested Morris Paynne in the finals.
(7) Paynne pinned Lazer Bane in a fatal four way match
(8) Paynne pinned Scissorwolf in a fatal four way match
(9) Scissorwolf won a 6-man elimination match
(10) Thunderhammer won a 6-man elimination match
(11) Due to injuries sustained in a parasailing accident, Bronson Thunderhammer was forced to retire, thus relinquishing the championship on December 7, 2010. It remained vacant until 2012 when Dr. Matsumoto won a championship challenge. He defeated Akira Kowalczyk and the Thrillionaire in the finals.
(12) When Dr. Matsumoto failed to show up for a scheduled title defense, the title was awarded to The Thrillionaire via forfeit.
(13) Tiger Nightmare pinned JC Superstar (among others) in a 6-man Beyond Thunderdome; War Games match to kick off the 2013 season.
(14) Won in a 6-man Elimination Battle Royale (Wheezleton Memoriale)
(15) The World's Championship was vacated when Chadillac relinquished the belt. A match was held between #1 contenders Willy Malone and the Thrillionaire.
